The main investor of Kaynaklar Mansions taking place in the town Buca of Izmir Province is SEM Mühendislik. The project consisting of 24 villas, situated on a total and of 42.000m2. The villas with sizes changing between 320 and 650 m2 at the Kaynaklar Mansions have been equipped with smart home technology. Within the scope of project, all fine works, roofing works were completed including facade cladding. Also walking ways, decorative pools ve floor coverings at hard landscape areas were delivered successfully.
