Kazakhstan Grandium Project

Built in downtown Atyrau, Kazakhstan, Grandium is meticulously designed to be a ground breaking project which combines luxury, comfort and peace. Founded on the initiative to change the aura of Atyrau City, the project aims to provide high quality living spaces for its inhabitants with qualified domicile efficiency. Project is comprised of two detached, unique blocks. The project comprises 122 private suites, allocated as 76 Suites in Block A and 46 Suites in Block B. Suites in the project are designed with an approach beyond standard domicile plans, including suite plans like 1+0, 1+1, 2+1, 3+1, 3+2, 4+1, 5+1 and 5+2.

Facade architecture of the project is dominated by 20th century classic facade design approach including heavy use of floor mouldings, jambs and French balconies. The first two floors of the building will be coated with natural marble with mechanical bearing system. Emprador Light, a highly preferred option for luxury segment project, is selected as the marble material. Maximum sunlight utility is ensured in suites by using steel reinforced capped aluminium curtain wall application on facades of both blocks. 

Building entrance is designed as a lobby area, with a help desk, sitting groups and recreation area. The flooring, wall and ceiling covers especially designed for this space aim to provide a comfortable and luxurious rest experience for both building inhabitant and visitors. Security card and turnstile system is used for leave the building lobby area. This was internal security of the building is ensured and unauthorised entries are prevented.

Many privileges offered by the project can be found at the social facilities area. The social facilities comprises a fitness gym, a cinema theatre, a Turkish bathhouse, a sauna, a steam room and locker rooms. Closed pool and recreation areas are provided to ensure inhabitants can enjoy a swim during both summer and winter.

All architectural concept-constructional-mechanical-electrical works of building is undertaken within the scope of project and building will be made ready to service. Futhermore project management service will be given to employer firm.
