The construction of the housing project, Mutlu Site Residential Units, consisting of 44 flats and having an occupancy area of 2.000 m2 at a location where the luxurious housing projects take place in Narlıdere-Izmir was completed in a period of 13 months and delivered accordingly. There are 6 different flat types at the project consisting of a total of 11 floors on a structure of twin buildings. In the meantime, the production of landscape, playground for kids and decorative pool has also been effectuated as well apart from the construction of the said block. There is a covered parking lot at the Batı Ege Houses having a vehicle capacity of 60.
