Neomarin Shopping Center, has been in service as the first shopping center at international standarts in the town Pendik being a region that draws attention with the sub-and super -structure works of the Anatolian side of Istanbul. It is managed by REVAL that is a subsidiary of Krea Group of Companies , Neomarin being a BREF investor, consisted of 14 global investors under the guidance of Merrill Lynch GPI and developed by Krea Group of Companies.
Neomarin has a covered area of 81.500 m2 and an open parking lot of 1250 vehicle capacity, situated on a total surface of 35.000 m2. There are a water wall and falls at a height of 17 meters and Safari Park entertainment center, located over a surface of 3.000 m2 and 140 stores.
In the scope of Neomarin Shopping Center project, EPDM membraine waterproofing works and protection works were performed. Light metal roofing systems and high performance rubber-polyurethane waterproofing works were completed successfully at roof areas.
