Technical Insulation works, natural stone ground flooring works and finishing works are undertaken and completed under coverage of Novada Balçova Shopping centre project, which is an extension project of Selway Shopping Centre Project, which is located on the Highway between İzmir Buca – Balçova. Moreover, areas that are planned as recreational areas within the whole Project and which involve pools and waterfalls are undertaken and later completed - including basic structure productions. Also, repairs and renewal works demanded by the Employer were finalized with success within the Blocks which existed before realization of this Extension Project
