Olimpa Shopping Center is a modern shopping center, established by its main investor Fuzul Yapı at Basaksehir. Olimpa Shopping Center contains various numbers of stores with sizes changing between 14 and 350 m2, a supermarket of 1350 m2,12 fast food shops, cafeterias and cinema saloons, play grounds for kids, fitness center. Olimpa Shopping Center also has a parking lot with a capacity 350 vehicles.
In the scope of Olimpa AVM project, all construction Works after basic structure were undertaken and finished as ready for service. The Project has taken attention especially for floating ceiling systems in the sense of architecturally. The floor covering made of waterjet trimmed natural stones at contrasting colours gives a characteristic meaning to the project. In the Project, which lighting concept is fictionalized on PVC stretched ceiling, decorative objects were produced from same material.
After the construction of shopping center phase, the construction works of residence building began. In the residence building project, all construction works after basic structure were undertaken and completed successfully.
