The construction of a total of 18 blocks was completed at the Project of Yamacevler Houses,carried out by the main contractor , OYAK İnsaat AŞ., in Çiğli İzmir. The production of 700 residentual units was completed in a period of time of 17 months. The project Yamacevler holding the title of being the first residential site with Independent heating system (natural gas central heating boiler) in the town of Karsıyaka has gained an important location advantage with the newly opened İzmir ring road connection. The facade heating insulation applications, foundation-curtain wall and roof waterproofing works were effectuated within the scope of project.
