Simge Service Center is a project, which constitutes of two twin blocks that are located on both sides of Ankara Highway within the district Kocaeli Kartepe. This service center, which was designed with the concept of a boutique shopping centre, includes rentable locations, wet areas, prayer rooms and convertible terraces within itself.
The Project is delivered in the form of a basic structure; and it was later brought into ready-to-operate state including hard landscaping works. Mechanical Natural Stone incrustation methods are preferred on the facades of the buildings. Convertible locations are created on terraces by means of automatic sunshade systems. Ground – wall – ceiling incrustation productions, wet area incrustations, cubicle systems, door productions and wood-based furniture are completed under coverage of Internal Shell Productions. Hard landscaping works such as walk-paths surrounding buildings, incrustations of flowerpots are carried out. Furthermore, all insulation works in relation with facades, the roof and water depots feeding the whole building; and finishing works are realized.
