Sümerpark Shopping Center, situated in the center of the province of Denizli, is a multi-component project consisting of a housing, hospital complex,city hotel consisting of 180 rooms and shopping center Sümerpark, which will add a new taste to the city life there, will be situated over a land of 98.500 m2. It is planned to create a new wellness center covering a total gross construction surface of 228.000 m2, and the concept project of it is made by the globally well-known Concept-I. There is an approximate surface of 72.000 m2 leasable area and a covered parking lot having a capacity of 3.500 vehicles. Furthermore, 1 big hypermarket, 1 construction market, stores and anchor stores, food court and cinema halls take place within the Sümerpark Shopping Center.
In the scope of Sümerpark Shopping Centre project, all foundation-curtain wall and roof waterproofing works of reinforced concrete buildings, light metal roofing systems and metal facade claddings of steel constructions completed. Hidden screw rockwool panels were used in horizontal direction at the facade. Also, the siphonic system works for rainwater was undertaken and completed successfully.
