Project of Triyanda Tale Houses in Torbalı Ayrancılar, consists of 16 blocks and 317 houses on 30.000 m2 area. Triyanda Tale is the first project of İzmir that is based on water and nature. The project presents comfort and peace with 450 m2 outdoor pool area, water bands in front of blocks, basketball courts, tennis courts, hiking trails, bike and site sightseeing paths. In this project, 77% of total area has been separated for the area arranged with special landscaping and a living space that is away from traffic, city noise and air pollution. Exterior facing works, technical insulations, fine works of construction and hard landscaping area manufactures has been undertaken within the scope of project.
