External thermal insulation manufactures was made by using full carbon Eps plates in 138 blocks in 2006 within the scope of modification and renovation project of public houses of Air Force Command in İzmir-Balıkesir-Ankara-Eskişehir and Konya. Total 105.000 m2 facing works has been delivered successfully within the scope of the project.
